But this modern home did not used a unique design, its used the basic contemporary and sustainable with green concept. Owner of this green concept home wanted a home addition which can accomodated their contemporary art collection which includes works of famous artists, such as Jennifer Steinkamp, Uta Barth, Tomoroy Dodge and Gregory Crewdson.

This home is improved onto the circulation spine of the existing house and lifted off the ground to provide a minimal footprint. Freeing space of the ground plane creates a new multi-functional hardscape/landscape area for the family that they use as carport, children’s play area, for art parties and video projections.
